The Mida, Book Seven: Magick Revelations

The carnival has arrived in 1840’s New Orleans, and Carlotta is back home, ready to take on her life again. Engaged and ready for a family and lots of children, she’ll do anything this time to make it work.

Forget about the fact that even though she’s engaged to Philip, she’s also found love with fellow carny Lee, who gave up everything to be with her. 

Forget about the fact she is the most powerful carny in The Mida, and it will be forced to dissolve and strand the carnies in this time if she stays.

And forget about the fact that Jiibay has found a way to get to her outside the carnival walls. 

After everything she’s been through, Carlotta deserves to be happy. She doesn’t plan to let anything stand in her way, including a curse put on her by a Voodoo queen. She will battle through it all until she gets what she wants.

But in the end, what will that be? While she tenaciously clings to the life she really wants for herself, will the pull of the carnival and Lee be too strong to let her go?
