There's always something.
The book launch went well and people seemed anxious to get book four which is always gratifying. I have book five rolling around in my head, but I need to write a short play for Christmas for a theater group I belong to. I will probably start the next book in the series as it gets colder and I an sequestered in my warm, toasty office staring out the window and the snow covered streets.
In the meantime, fall is my favorite time of year and I got a chance to play with the grandkids yesterday for a few hours. Watching them rolling around in the sand box and flying down the slide, I was reminded of how much time I do NOT spend just sitting around being grandma.
Take some time to breathe in the crisp, autumn air, bite into some crunchy apples, walk a corn maze or two, and just enjoy the weather as our part of the earth prepares for winter.
