The Mida, Book Six: Crystal Clear Illusions

Something was wrong. It was March 23, 1968 and a huge snowstorm had just hi the Memphis, Tennessee area. For the first-time ever, the mystically-powerful carnival arrived in knee-deep snow. Bruised and cold, they struggled out of the trailers and tents to discover Connor was missing.

Connor woke up in a collapsed tent, all alone in a field in Mount Ida, Arkansas. Soaking wet and cold, he waded through the deep snow heading toward the road off in the distance. He knew why he was back and it would be easy to slip into his old life. The hard part would be changing the course of a history he helped create. He had to save his friend, Martin. Neither played by the rules, but Martin had paid for it with his life.

Changing history would be no easy feat. Living with the immense pain of possibly failing again, was not an option. Only he knew the whole story before it played out. It was up to him to stop the killing, and mend the brokenness inside himself before it was too late.
